Costs of tickets cover food and non-alcoholic bevs, service charge (tip), tax, DJ, room/shelter rental, and decorations.  I need 60 people to attend to break even and if there are more, will be able to reimburse myself for the web-site.  Excess funds, which I don't expect, will be placed in an account for the next reiunion.
